THE DEBATE BETWEEN NICK CLEGG AND NIGEL FARAGE WAS THE FIRST OF TWO AROUND THE QUESTION OF BRITAIN’S PLACE IN EUROPE.
The significance of the debate helped it to gain detailed editorial coverage from outlets including; The Guardian, Huff Post and BBC News at Ten. The event was produced in-house by Global with live feeds sent to the BT Tower for distribution, in total, 5 million live TV viewers tuned in.
I created and managed the visuals for the debate to deliver consistency on-screen, online and outdoor.
Live feeds were taken by Sky News and BBC News, these feeds were broadcast live for an hour on each channel.
The outdoor campaign I designed ran across prominent ‘Outdoor Plus’ sites in London.
